Venti Scale provides digital marketing, advertising management, content creation, and media production services. We utilize various third-party platforms and tools to deliver these services on behalf of our clients.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, and maintaining appropriate permissions for any content or data used in campaigns.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content, strategies, and materials created by Venti Scale remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
Our services involve the use of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) which are governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies or functionality.
Venti Scale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, access to campaign data and materials will be provided as agreed.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
